To increase the longevity of your sculpture, it is recommended that the piece is lightly sanded a minimum of once per year, and re-painted with two coats of the same product or an equivalent product that was originally applied. Refer to "Description" for product info.

Sculptures may only be returned if they do not match up to the photos displayed. Once returned and received (transport to buyer), a full refund will be made. 

WOOD – A NATURAL MATERIAL

Cracking in wood is a normal and natural process, and cannot be avoided. Whilst we try to incorporate any existing cracks into our designs, we also cut relief cracks on the undersides of pieces where possible (to encourage cracking on the underside). However, some cracking may occur after purchasing a sculpture. Over time, the cracks become part of the intrinsic look and feel of each hand-carved piece and add another level of character and age to the sculpture.

Each sculpture is sold with advice on its care and maintenance in order to prolong the longevity of the piece. Your piece will last longer (not indefinitely) if you adhere to these maintenance instructions.
